  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk

  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 liter Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide and 3 inches long.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and half the salt. Add the chicken strips to the buttermilk mixture and let them marinate while you prepare the coating.

In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and the remaining salt. Mix well.
