Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.75 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is browned and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
