Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 large lime

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Core and slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Thinly slice the red onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, ground black pepper, and salt.

Add the chicken strips to the bowl of spices and toss until evenly coated. Let it marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
