  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 0.5 cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 0.25 cup Confectioners' sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line the bottom with parchment paper.
