  • 200 grams Cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 teaspoon Chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic cloves and half of the red onion.

Step 3

Add the chopped garlic and red onion to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
