Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a medium-sized pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water boils, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let the eggs sit for 10 minutes to cook through.

Step 3

While the eggs are cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, then crumble the bacon once cooled.
