  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 small red chili (optional, finely chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
