  • 500 grams Greek yogurt
  • 150 grams All-purpose flour
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar

  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 30 grams Pistachios (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan (8x8 inches) with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.

Step 4

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold gently with a spatula until the mixture forms a smooth batter. Avoid overmixing.
