  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Cut each pita bread into 8 equal wedges using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Separate the layers of the pita wedges if thicker chips are not desired.
