Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 4 pcs Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and leave the skins on. Cut any larger potatoes in half to ensure even cooking.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to make a marinade.

Step 3

Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Step 4

Preheat your grill to medium heat (approximately 400°F). If using a grill pan, lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

Step 5

Place the potatoes onto the grill or grill pan in a single layer. Cover the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and have crispy, golden-brown edges.

Step 6

Transfer the grilled potatoes to a serving platter. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.

Step 7

Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty touch.
