  • 0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 Burger buns
  • 2 cups Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)

Directions

Step 1

Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
