  • 8 whole ripe plums

  • 0.25 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3 pieces whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the plums and cut them in half. Remove the pits and set the plums aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the water, brown sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Stir gently over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
