  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks, approximately the size of traditional French fries (1/4 inch thick).
