  • 6 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and cut it into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
