Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 0.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 large lime
  • 0.5 cups red onion
  • 0.25 cups cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice blend.
