  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
