  • 1 cup Diced green chilies (canned)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, diced green chilies, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well-combined.
