  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into thin rounds and the red onion into thin rings. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard until well combined.

Spread the mayonnaise-mustard mixture evenly onto one side of each sourdough bread slice.

Step 4

Layer 4 slices of bread (mayonnaise side up) with 50 grams of honey ham, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, 2-3 slices of tomato, and a few rings of red onion.
