  • 1 pinch Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Sparkling water or soda water
  • 8 pieces Ice cubes
  • 4 leaves Mint leaves (for garnishing, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, dissolve the powdered or grated jaggery in 1 cup of water. Stir well until completely dissolved, or strain to remove any impurities if necessary.

Step 2

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, grated ginger, cardamom powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to the jaggery water. Mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors.

Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
