Ingredients

  • 1 large Fresh orange
  • 500 ml Sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes
  • 3 leaves Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the orange thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice using a citrus juicer. If you prefer pulp in your drink, you can skip straining the juice. Otherwise, strain it to remove the pulp.

In a large pitcher or mixing glass, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the honey (if using). Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
