  • 1 tsp Black pepper

  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Red chili, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pat the spareribs dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the spareribs for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the ribs to a baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 75 minutes.
