Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Chorizo sausage
  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium, diced Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium, diced Yellow onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

Remove the casing from the chorizo sausage and finely chop or crumble it.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped chorizo, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed vegetables, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, salt, tomato paste, and chopped parsley.
