Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to create the marinade.

Place the lamb chops in a large dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the lamb chops are evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for deeper flavors.
