Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.

Remove the saucepan from heat, stir in the couscous, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the broth.
