Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g White Crabmeat (fresh or canned)
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 medium Red Chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Lemon Wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

2. While the spaghetti cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
