Ingredients

  • 400 grams Spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons Truffle oil
  • 6 large Garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and set it aside.

Step 2

While the spaghetti cooks, peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook gently, stirring often, until the garlic is golden and fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn.
