  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves

  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 10 grams fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 120 milliliters pasta water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 120 milliliters of the pasta water before draining.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Slice the garlic cloves thinly and add them to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn the garlic.
