Ingredients

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves
  • 400 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams black olives (pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 10 pieces fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the spaghetti and set it aside.

Step 2

While the spaghetti cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
