  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 liters water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 4 liters of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.

Step 2

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion.
