  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g, grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Step 2

While the water is heating, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
