  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter.

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
