  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced (optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil to coat.
