  • 1 sheet Puff pastry (vegan, soy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Non-dairy milk (e.g., oat or almond milk, unsweetened)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseed with 5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to create a flax 'egg.'
