  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls or small sandwich rolls (soy-free)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional, soy-free)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Pickled jalapeños (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well combined.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a flat patty that is slightly larger than the size of the rolls.
