  • 0.5 cup Plain yogurt (dairy or coconut-based for soy-free)
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 cup Sev (crispy fried chickpea flour noodles)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
