Ingredients

  • 4 heads Baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and dry the baby bok choy. Slice each head lengthwise into quarters if large, or halves if they're small.

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
