  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups (shredded) Red cabbage
  • 1 large (grated) Carrot
  • 0.25 cup (chopped) Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 large (sliced) Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dice the potatoes into small bite-sized cubes (approximately 1/2 inch).
