  • 6 cups vegetable broth (soy-free)
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 wedges fresh lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
