Ingredients

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, julienned
  • 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Lay out the slices of smoked salmon on a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper, slightly overlapping each piece to form a large rectangle.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, capers, and chives. Mix well until smooth and evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the smoked salmon rectangle, leaving a little space at the edges.
