  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and lime juice. Set aside.

Step 2

In another small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry and set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add shrimp and scallops; season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Remove seafood from the skillet and set aside.
