  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the vegetables. Dice the onion, julienne the red bell pepper, cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces, slice the carrot into thin rounds, and finely chop the mushrooms.

Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mince the garlic cloves.
