  • 0.75 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Beef stock
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Crush the black peppercorns coarsely using a mortar and pestle or place in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to bubble.

Add the finely chopped shallots and minced garlic. Sauté until the shallots are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
