Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red onion, quartered

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
