Ingredients

  • 250 g Penne pasta
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper

  • 100 g Black olives, pitted
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion. Slice the black olives and tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.
