Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 medium Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all the vegetables. Wash and dry them thoroughly.

Step 2

Chop the broccoli into small florets. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Peel and julienne the carrots. Trim the ends of the snow peas and slice the zucchini into half-moons.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
