Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef evenly.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and stir fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
