Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green peas
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until they start to pop.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
