  • 4 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 unit Cucumber, julienned
  • 2 units Green onions, chopped
  • 120 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the wheat noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
