  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 units Flatbreads or wraps
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by marinating the lamb. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
