Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
Zest the lemon and then juice it. You will need about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
